ERRECTION & CORE DRILLING OF MONUMENT
AT MOHATTA PALACE IN KARACHI

We conducted horizontal core drilling in hard limestone of each 10-feet length and quantity 3 monuments in total length of 30-feet. All 3 monuments were of pyramide in shape. The monuments were then vertically anchord on ground by digging a suitable foundation.

DEWATERING & SHEET PILE DRIVING

At the out-falls construction of Hydel Power base structure at Chasma Nuclear Complex. Dewatering by sinking Tube wells of 30” dia& 100’ depth with PVC fixtures and Electric submersible pumps of 0.25 cusec capacity. The water table was lowered up to 8 meters from EWL and maintained for 6 months during excavation and construction. Sheet piling for protection of excavation of driving by hydraulic hammer up to 23m to 24m from EGL.

REHABILITATION OF KPT DRY DOCK, MANORA IN KARACHI

Installation of 6” dia, 20 feet - 80 feet deep Piezometers 11 Nos installed with Soil Instruments UK, standpipe Piezometers tips and 2” dia PVC pipes schedule 80 with gravel shrouding, bentonite packing, and cement grout.

Installation of relief wells on the sidewalls of the dry dock for releasing the pore water pressure to avoid any structural damage to walls of dry dock due to an increase in pore water pressure.

80-Nos, 6”– 8” diameter with PVC filter and gravel pack.

We have supplied and installed V-Type Marine Fenders from our Principal Shibata-Japan to the Contractor (M/s. Ayub Brothers) for the Reconstruction of the NM Boat Wharf Project at Karachi Port Trust (KPT).

OP-II PROJECT – KPT

We supplied Cylindrical Fenders of our Principal Shibata-Japan to the contractor CHEC at OP-II Project at Karachi Port Trust (KPT).

OFF-SHORE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY FOR OIL/GAS EXPLORATION

We supplied and monitored all local marine services (Charter/Lease of Chase Vessels with onboard Navigation Equipment) to M/s. WESTERN-ATLAS (UK) for carrying-out Off-shore Seismic Survey of the Makran Coastal Area (5000 Sq. Km) on behalf of the UMC – United Meridian Corporation of the USA for Oil/Gas Exploration.

We arranged and supplied Marine Sliding Strips of our principal M/s: POLY-HI SOLIDUR GmbH – Germany to the contractor CHEC of the OP-II Project at Karachi Port Trust (KPT).

OFF-SHORE NAVIGATION SURVEY IN INDUS DELTA “D” & “E”

We supplied and coordinated with all local marine services (Charter/Lease of Chase Vessels with onboard Navigation Equipment) to M/s. FUGRO-GEODETIC for carrying-out Off-shore Navigation Survey of various creeks. The survey was carried out by M/s. FUGRO-GEODETIC on behalf of M/s: OMV-Pakistan & M/s: British Gas Pakistan Ltd.

SUKKUR-BARRAGE REHABILITATION PROJECT

We conducted underwater drilling operations to locate the scour-holes under the riverbed(24-feet below the river surface) floor between the Gates Nos. 1, 2 & 3 of the Sukkur-Barrage with 100% success and located big cavities in all boreholes for the Contractor (M/s. MEW Pvt Ltd) of the Sukkur-Barrage Rehabilitation Project in Sukkur-Sindh Province.

SUKKUR-BARRAGE REHABILITATION PROJECT

We conducted controlled demolition of the river-bed floor at Sukkur barrage as well as, executed various other civil works like; Cross Diamond Floor Sawing, Straight Diamond Concrete Floor Sawing, Diamond Core Drilling and Cross Box Cuttings for the installation of Piezometers at Sukkur Barrage Rehabilitation Project on behalf the Chief Engineer, Sukkur Barrage & FWO.

SUKKUR-BARRAGE REHABILITATION PROJECT

We proposed an International Contract for carrying-out Non-destructive Geophysical Investigations for the Scour Feature Assessment of Sukkur-Barrage with GPR & ERT Methods conducted by M/s. TRICON GmbH of Germany. The said Contract was then carried out on test basis under J.V. of SECURA + MEW on behalf of the Chief Engineer, Sukkur Barrage & FWO.

TRENCHING WORKS FOR FIBER OPTIC PROJECT

We carried-out digging, excavation and trenching works on behalf of TELECOM FOUNDATION – Islamabad, for their pay-phone project. The trenches were having 0.5 meters in width and 1.0 meters in depth. The project was located around Karachi.

CONTROLLED DEMOLITION OF EXISTING HEAD-ROOM FLOORS
AT NESTLE FACTORY AT SHEIKHUPORA

We successfully carried-out and executed the silent demolition of head-room floors and other civil structures at NESTLE Factory Premises located at Sheikhupura (Punjab). The said job was executed on behalf of Ms. KAIZAN Pvt. Ltd. of Lahore.
